This Privacy Policy explains how the Cutting Planner (whCut) application handles user data.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

Cutting Planner does not require registration or a user account.

All information entered into the application is stored locally on your device. This may include:

When you request an automatic cutting calculation, the application sends the data required for the calculation to a server hosted on Yandex Cloud.

The calculation service processes this information to calculate the requested cutting plan and returns the calculation result to the application.

The application does not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or other directly identifying information as part of the cutting calculation request.

Data transmitted to the calculation service is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Yandex Cloud is a third-party infrastructure provider. Its processing of technical data is subject to Yandex Cloud's applicable terms and policies.

4. Data Sharing

The developer does not sell user data and does not use cutting plan data for advertising or user profiling.

Data required for automatic cutting calculations is transmitted to the calculation service solely to provide the requested functionality.

Because the application stores cutting plans and other entered information locally and does not transmit them to the developer, the developer does not have a copy of your locally stored data.

5. Donations

Cutting Planner contains an optional "Say thanks" link that allows users to voluntarily support the developer.

When you select the link, the application opens a third-party payment service provided by CloudTips.

The application does not collect or store payment card details, bank account information, or other payment information.

Any information processed by CloudTips when you use its services is subject to CloudTips' own privacy policy and terms.

6. Data Security

Data transmitted between the application and the remote calculation service is sent over HTTPS.

Data stored locally by the application is protected by the security mechanisms provided by your operating system and browser.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect access to their device and use the security features provided by their operating system.

7. Data Deletion

Your locally stored Cutting Planner data can be deleted using the application's data reset functionality.

You can also delete the data by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application.

Because the developer does not receive or store your locally stored cutting plans or other entered information, there is no developer-managed copy of this data to delete.

8. Children's Privacy

Cutting Planner is a general-purpose productivity and calculation application and is not specifically directed at children.
